JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Tasks:

  • Ensure that our Supply chain produce timely quotes/responses, or to chase up as appropriate, to enable a 2448hour maximum turnaround quote time for the quote being issued back to the end Customer (the original enquirer).
  • To work effectively with the Field Sales and Ecommerce teams, driving new business leads & Account Management whilst maximizing margin for the company through incoming leads.
  • Target new & existing sales opportunities via calls and quote callbacks.
  • Any other ad hoc duties in relation to the area as required.
Relevant Skills and Experience

  • Proven & demonstrable sales ability and experience, ideally in an inbound/outbound/telesales/call centre environment.
  • Clear confidence in chasing leads and converting quote requests to bookings.
  • Motivated by working in a fastpaced, target driven environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills & telephone manner.
  • Strong administration skills & meticulous attention to detail.
  • Computer literate (Outlook, Excel, Power-Point & Word).
  • Team player.
  • Highly selfmotivated & uses their own initiative.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and/or under pressure and to remain calm.
  • Strong interpersonal & influencing skills (internally & externally).
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise business needs.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills.
