ajor are currently seeking Outbound Customer Service Advisors to work on our clients Contact Centres based in Gateshead.


Requirements;

  • Contact Centre experience
  • Outbound calls
  • Excellent telephone manor
  • Customer Service
  • Computer literate

The role;

  • Outbound calls
  • Arranging bookings
  • Booking confirmation
  • Data input
  • Customer Service
Due to location your own transports would be beneficial.


Job Type:
Temporary contract

Contract length: 2 weeks


Salary:
£10.64-£15.96 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location:
In person
