Operations Supervisor
Our client is a well established Freight Forwarder with some great contracts.

Specifically transport and delivery, their business is booming and they require an additional Operations Supervisor to manager processes and team members.

This is certainly a position where you will need to 'roll your sleeves up' and help with many different tasks.

Responsibilities:

Animate and organize the import/export department and the cross trade transport
Develop and operate existing or new traffic
Optimize transport purchase prices according to customer price offers
Develop and maintain customer loyalty, partners and correspondents
Communicate actively with the colleagues of departments of the Branch
Propose transport solutions to the Group's branches
Manage litigation files in agreement with the Branch Manager
Ensure compliance with the rules applicable in the company
Ensure and control that the quality standards and the quality goals within the department are met
Propose improvement and profitability solutions for the company's customers and prospects
