Kenneth Brian Associates are working on a great opportunity for a well-established employer based in Epsom, who are seeking a new member of their Mortgage & Savings Accounts team.

This is an interesting role, working within a busy team, and will involve a variety of responsibilities, including:

  • Administration of Mortgage and Savings Accounts, and Commercial Lending
  • Administration of mortgage arrears operations
  • Daily, weekly, monthly and adhoc reports
  • Preparing and issuing customer correspondence
  • Updating of department manuals
  • Liaising with external suppliers and maintaining relationships with third parties
To be considered for this role, you will either be a recent graduate looking for your first career opportunity, or you will possess previous experience in an Administrative role


Key skills required are:

  • Minimum education to include GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English at grade C or above
  • High levels of attention to detail
  • Able to manage time effectively and prioritise workload
  • Good Excel skills with the ability to create spreadsheets and manipulate data
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
