Kenneth Brian Associates are working on a great opportunity for a well-established employer based in Epsom, who are seeking a new member of their Mortgage & Savings Accounts team.
This is an interesting role, working within a busy team, and will involve a variety of responsibilities, including:- Administration of Mortgage and Savings Accounts, and Commercial Lending
- Administration of mortgage arrears operations
- Daily, weekly, monthly and adhoc reports
- Preparing and issuing customer correspondence
- Updating of department manuals
- Liaising with external suppliers and maintaining relationships with third parties
Key skills required are:
- Minimum education to include GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English at grade C or above
- High levels of attention to detail
- Able to manage time effectively and prioritise workload
- Good Excel skills with the ability to create spreadsheets and manipulate data
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
