• Christian & Joe are hands on, multiskilled Directors who will develop and maintain a personal knowledge of your property
• We have a trusted team of tradespeople ready to provide your property maintenance requirements
• We have an extensive portfolio of properties under our management
• We advertise your property on all major portals such as Rightmove & Zoopla

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate sales and lettings contracts.
• Communicate with clients to gain as much knowledge about their situation as possible and determine effective solutions.
• Communicate information to team members on a regular basis to ensure that their clients are being attended to properly.
• Meet deadlines which will include the completion of marketing pieces and other documents related to the sale of a property.
• Be friendly and polite when dealing with clients.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
