The Company


Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are working with a client who has an exciting opportunity available for an experienced, highly motivated, and dynamic Maintenance Manager with a strong background in FM Maintenance.


Main Responsibilities of the Maintenance Manager

  • Meeting and exceeding KPIs & SLA performances
  • Carrying our routine audits as well as monitoring site projects
  • Able to manage budgets and costs
  • You will be working alongside Energy managers to put in place an Energy plan
  • Site management on a daily basis
  • As the Maintenance Manager you will need to report any defects or issues to the appropriate department

Experience and Skills required

  • The Maintenance Manager will need to have previous experience managing FM services within a commercial or industrial sector
  • Must have a Management qualification or relevant experience
  • Knowledge of M&E as well as building services
  • Knowledge of IOSH Managing Safely and Health & Safety qualification
  • Previous experience or an understanding of QHSE/Risk Management
