Fixed term contract until 30 April 2025 linked to Enrichment Partnership Pilot Funding


Key purpose of role:


To deliver and support creative and artistic enrichment initiatives as part of the operations of the Enrichment Partnership Pilot (EPP) by enhancing the College and its 10 partner secondary schools' offerings in the arts, including visual arts, dance, music, and theatre including initiatives such as Learn, Enjoy and Prosper, Dance East dance workshops, Arts Awards, and ArtsMark to foster creative skills and appreciation.

To design, deliver and support other enrichment events and opportunities for College students during term-time.


To provide training and support to teachers from a wide range of settings to deliver creative enrichment independently and to collect and provide data demonstrating the impact of the pilot.

To support the delivery of holiday activities for children aged 5-15 throughout the fixed term.
