Description
The
Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for efficiently managing the schedule of Property One operatives involved in reactive maintenance. This position requires strong organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to prioritise and coordinate tasks effectively.


The
Maintenance Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring timely resolution of repairs, minimising downtime of operatives and optimising resource allocation.


Daily tasks will include:


  • Manage the daily schedules, communicate with operatives for updates and ensure operatives always have jobs allocated.
  • Monitor jobs to ensure planned and responsive repairs are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ordering materials where required to ensure jobs run smoothly.

Salary:
£24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
