Description

An accountancy practice requires an experienced Payroll Administrator based in their Manchester office to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will work as part of a team, responsible for the timely and accurate processing of client's payrolls.

Responsibilities

Processing end to end payroll for clients payrolls

- annual, weekly, fortnightly, four weekly and monthly.

Setting up new starters, processing leavers, salary adjustments
Calculation of commission and bonuses
Payroll calculation, including statutory payments and deductions
Liaising with HMRC
Submission of pension information to multiple providers
Managing queries from clients relating to pay
Providing excellent customer service to clients
Producing payroll reports
Ad hoc duties

Requirements:

End to end payroll experience
Client's payroll or highvolume inhouse experience
Ability to manually calculate payslips
Strong legislation knowledge
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Good systems knowledge
