About Our Client:

  • Maintaining the client billing system, generating and sending out invoices
  • Maintaining client accounts receivable customer records and data
  • Processing weekly time sheets and relevant management reporting
  • Performing regular client account reconciliations, monitoring for nonpayment and delayed payments and resolving differences as required
  • Assisting the finance team with Accounts Payable and expenses activities as required
  • Supporting the Business Finance Analyst with the preparation of monthly research group results and management accounts, ensuring insightful variance analysis is provided
  • Supporting the Business Finance Analyst and Finance Business Partner with the preparation of the annual business plan and forecasts
  • Supporting in ad hoc finance projects, reports and analysis

The Successful Applicant:


  • Knowledge and experience of accounts receivable activities
  • Knowledge and experience of general bookkeeping and administration procedures
  • Producing accounts receivable reports and reconciliations
  • Accounting system e.g. Microsoft Dynamics NAV
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in a professional services environment
