About Our Client:

- Maintaining the client billing system, generating and sending out invoices
- Maintaining client accounts receivable customer records and data
- Processing weekly time sheets and relevant management reporting
- Performing regular client account reconciliations, monitoring for nonpayment and delayed payments and resolving differences as required
- Assisting the finance team with Accounts Payable and expenses activities as required
- Supporting the Business Finance Analyst with the preparation of monthly research group results and management accounts, ensuring insightful variance analysis is provided
- Supporting the Business Finance Analyst and Finance Business Partner with the preparation of the annual business plan and forecasts
- Supporting in ad hoc finance projects, reports and analysis
The Successful Applicant:
- Knowledge and experience of accounts receivable activities
- Knowledge and experience of general bookkeeping and administration procedures
- Producing accounts receivable reports and reconciliations
- Accounting system e.g. Microsoft Dynamics NAV
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in a professional services environment
