The Opportunity


Our Apprentice Receptionist Administrators are a very special part of our team; caring and organised they offer a warm welcome to our families.

You will ensure that the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times and have an eye for detail and accurate administrative skills.


Apprentice Receptionist Administrators are responsible for ensuring all the relevant paperwork and documentation is completed and updated into the Funeral Management System accurately, and on time.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that the purchase ledger invoicing and reporting is up to date and the appropriate approvals are obtained.

Joining the team as an Apprentice, the government Apprenticeship eligibility criteria will apply.

We will provide comprehensive training and within 12 months you will have completed the Customer Service Level 2 Standard qualification.
