Pay Rate £11.30phr Monday to Friday 8am to 2.30pm (30hrs per week).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness within areas of responsibility in accordance with contract specifications. These schedules are to be completed as instructed by the Supervisor.
• To ensure correct materials, equipment and methods are always used and equipment is kept clean and in good working order. Report faulty machinery/equipment immediately.
• To carry out all tasks with due regard to the contract specification and all legislation including Health & Safety and Personal Hygiene
• To attend training as required by Supervisor/Manager
• Report all accidents and dangerous occurrences to your Supervisor or Manager
• Remove rubbish from various areas.
• Ensure regular checks of the equipment and machines used during hours of duty and report any defects to the Supervisor.
• Participate in the Health and Safety Policy of the company and report to the Supervisor any dangers or hazards that may be encountered.
• To ensure company provided uniform is kept clean and tidy and is always worn while at work, adequate footwear and issued PPE is worn at all times.
• As and when necessary, assist with other tasks within your capabilities in order to maintain and improve the cleaning services within the premises

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
• Previous training in waste management and standards is desirable.

FLT Licence is Desirable (expired licenses will be considered with the client prepared to pay for refresher training):
