Description
Our client are looking for a Hire Desk Coordinator to work out of their busy depot.


You will be responsible for dealing with all aspects of the hire process including customer enquiries, on-hire/off-hire contracts, schedules, transport planning, client account queries and general hire administration.


Previous experience in the Plant / Tool / Non-Mechanical Hire Industry or in supplying to the construction and civil engineering markets would be advantageous.


This role is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing team with the potential for personal growth and development.


Skills:

Excellent customer service skills Ideally with previous experience in the Plant / Hire Industry or in a relevant field.

Excellent organisational skills and an analytical mind able to build trusted relationships with clients
