The Great Western Hospital are recruiting for an Admin Roster Coordinator as a permanent post to support with division Medical Rota's/Rosters.
This post is responsible for the administrative coordination, supporting with operational and day-to-day management of Medical rotas/rosters within a named division.
This role requires excellent planning and organisational skills to ensure that future rotas/rosters and employee plans are implemented and communicated.
You will be required to have a flexible approach to ensure that the rotas/rosters are covered across the division daily whilst building robust working relationships with Medical and MDT staff.
This post is based at the Great Western Hospital with the option of one day working at the Orbital Offices, North Swindon.
