Description
Ideally, the Lettings Administrator will have one year of experience preferably in a property environment. Must have high attention to detail.LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
- Take lettings enquiries by telephone
- register applicants and book viewings/appraisals
- Deal with property owners/tenants queries verbally and in written form
- Draw up necessary documents for new tenancies
- Arrange tenancy extension agreements
- Arrange gas and electrical safety checks
- Liaise end of tenancy deposit release with landlord and tenant
- Deal with any other property issues that may arise within the team
- Key signing in and out and key tracking
- General lettings administration and teamwork
- Methodical, organised, and reliable
- Selfmotivated with excellent timemanagement skills
- Excellent communication skills including professional telephone manner
- Proficient with Microsoft Office packages, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Referencing
- Liaising with tenants and landlords
Tasks will include day to day Lettings Administration duties such as taking and resolving incoming calls, compiling and sending letters to tenants, updating files, data input, tenancy agreements etc.
Hours:
Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
