We currently have an exciting opportunity for an
Aftersales Controller to join our team at Breeze Suzuki in
Poole. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a

About the role:

If you are currently a service or parts advisor and looking for the next step in your career this role would be an ideal move towards a management position.

As our
Aftersales Controller, you will oversee a small team and be responsible for the aftersales function of the business.

You'll need to have outstanding customer service skills, the ability to multi task and a positive, 'can-do' attitude.

Hours:
Mon

Fri 8.00 am pm Saturday 8.00am to 12.00pm (1 in 2 Saturday on a rota)

Responsibilities as our Aftersales Controller
will include:

Pro-actively contact customers with progress of work updates
Provide customer estimates according to company policy on schedules, time and pricing
Notify customers promptly of completion of work
Ensure customer awareness of all products and services available
Produce invoices of work carried out
Upsell of various products
Advise customers of necessary repairs
Accurately identify customer parts requirements
Maintain parts stocks and stock records
To ensure all stock is kept securely and in good condition
Attend training courses to develop job related knowledge

What we're looking for in our Aftersales Controller:

Main dealer experience or have experience of such. Alternatively, a strong sales background would be beneficial as technical training will be given
Possess good technical knowledge with ability to answer customer queries
Computer skills essential
Knowledge of CDK desirable, although training will be given
Ability to use own initiative and multitask
Possess exceptional organisational skills
Team player
Personable approach, with a polite and courteous manner

A full clean UK driving licence is essential and flexibility to work across our other Poole dealerships will be required to meet business needs.
