Customer Service Advisor in Bradford

Temp-to-Perm

£10/hr - Paid Weekly


We are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join a friendly customer service team based in Bradford on a temp-to-perm basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with some call centre experience to start building a long-term career.


This role is for a minimum of a 12 weeks, with an offer of a permanent contract based on performance and commitment.

What Will You Be doing?

  • Processing customer orders via telephone
  • Advising customers of the best product for their needs, upselling where possible
  • Responding to customer queries in a professional and upbeat way
  • Ensuring all documents are accurate and legible
  • Advising customers of stock levels
  • Providing order updates to customers

Who Are We Looking For?
You'll be a great fit for this role if you:

  • Have 1 year of call/contact centre experience
  • Are a great communicator
  • Know how to ask relevant questions and understand customer needs
  • Can make good decisions by yourself
  • Are computer literate, with experience of MS Office and internal systems
