Deputy Production Manager

The Company
My client is a leading, global company specialising in an extensive range of niche and specialised animal healthcare products.

After several years of continued growth, they are continuing to go from strength to strength through their expansion of the currentfacility in West London.

We are working with them exclusively to hire a Deputy Production Manager.

This is an important function that will serve as the interface between the Production Manager and the rest of the team, including direct and indirect management responsibilities.

Whilst occasional hands on work may be needed, this individual is predominantly responsible for overseeing the deliverables, scheduling and supporting team growth.

In addition to that, this individual will have a continuous improvement responsibility.


Required Experience

  • Experience within a regulated manufacturing/production environment is essential, ideally pharmaceuticals
  • Experience within specials and related commercial, fast paced production is an advantage
  • Previous line management responsibility experience is essential
  • Knowledge and understanding of GMP is a strong advantage
  • Demonstrating a continuous improvement mindset is critical
