This role, joining the HR Team of a Facilities Management company, would suit somebody looking to start their career within HR, as it works closely with the HR Manager and the HR Administrator


The role of Administrator includes:

  • Tracking and logging vehicle information for the companies' fleet of 70 vans
  • Updating HR systems with information regarding hours, locations, routes etc
  • Working closely with the HR Manager to support activity within the team
  • Backoffice administration tasks as needed
To be considered for the role of Administrator, you should have:

  • Administration experience of collating information, updating systems etc
  • An interest in HR related issues, as the role offers potential for internal progression
  • Clear communication skills
