Olympia Supplies is part of the KMOL Group which currently encompasses two companies. The businesses supply a wide range of products from everyday essentials to specialised barware, dinnerware, and healthcare products.We need for a new person to join our small team to enhance our marketing and improve our administrative processes.
Every day will present different challenges with a variety of duties. You must be diligent, and detail-orientated, possessing a can-do attitude with a desire for action. This role will suit someone who ideally sees their future as an entrepreneur. The role would suit a person who loves to juggle priorities and projects with changing demands. We have a portfolio of concepts and projects that need to be planned, implemented, and completed with fast results.Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation of marketing literature
- Compose & post online content on the company's website and social media accounts
- Organise and execute various product or categorybased marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research and analyse customer trends
- Administrative tasks that ensure the functionality and coordination of the group's activities
- Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical and financial information
- Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data from inhouse systems
- Assist in the organising of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
- Help prepare promotional presentations as printed media or PowerPoint
- Communicate with and visit customers to build on the trustbased relationship
Required Skills:
- Understanding of business operations and key marketing concepts
- Demonstratable problemsolving and criticalthinking skills
- Strong business acumen with selfmotivation
- Ability to spot emerging trends with a view to interpret and analyse
- Comfort with multitasking in a deadlinedriven environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Punctual time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office specifically Excel and Outlook
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud especially Photoshop and Illustrator
- Digital photography and video editing experience would be advantageous
- Experience working in sectors including healthcare, hospitality or cleaning would be advantageous
- Full, clean driving licence
Salary:
£18,964.40-£23,664.00 per year
