This is a fantastic opportunity for Maintenance Supervisor

You will be hands on but also manage a group of team members using effective feedback and communication of company goals while assessing work performance and identifying areas for improvement and training opportunities.

A genuine multi-skilled approach together with the ability to work independently and as part of a skilled maintenance team is essential.

Core abilities to include - pro-active maintenance, fault diagnosis and rectification, all within time sensitive constraints.

Practical experience in fault finding and the ability to repair complex hydraulic and pneumatic systems is essential.

Ability to fault find from drawings or PLC systems relating to hydraulic and pneumatic circuits would be an advantage, as would training and experience in basic electrical skills.

Knowledge of modern maintenance philosophy (TPM/PPM/RCM) would be advantageous.

With overtime £60K (based on approx 6hrs overtime per week)

Night Shift Role - Sunday to Thursday 10pm - 6am (5 x 8hr nights)

Salary:
£48,500.00-£60,000.00 per year
