ABOUT THE PERSON

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

You will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies and plans for a variety of clients, in line with their overall business goals.

You will manage budgets, measure KPIs and continually evaluate strategy, communicating with clients regularly. You will rely on behavioural science, data, and your experience to inform your decisions.

You will play a pivotal role within the team, using traditional and modern marketing methods to plan and lead our clients towards their goals.

A creative mind and a head for business are essential to succeed in this role. Strong communication coupled with the ability to motivate and inspire a team are core skills for this position.


MAIN DUTIES

• Manage the strategy for a portfolio of client accounts
• Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular contact and meetings
• Continually motivate others to achieve for clients
• Work with our clients to set the marketing strategy for the business
• Utilise the team's skills and ideas to reach client goals to specific timescales
• Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report the findings to the wider team, and to the client (including regular progress reports)
• Pitch fresh and innovative ideas to clients regularly
• Ensure projects are completed to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
• Managing both MacMartin team members and the client to execute your strategy
• Use your knowledge and skills to push clients, the team and the agency in the most productive direction
• Share your knowledge and experience of behavioural change campaigns with the wider team
• Prioritise clients effectively

Hours:37.5 hours per week (Hybrid working and flexible start times. Part time considered)

Salary:
£38,000 - £42,000 FTE Pro Rata (depending on experience)

Holidays:32 days holiday (including flexible bank holidays)
