About the Functional Safety Engineer role:

As a
Functional Safety Engineer, you will be responsible for the full life cycle delivery of the project in both technical compliance and quality.

Attending meetings with clients to discuss project design, surveys, programming, configuration, testing and commissioning.

Responsibilities as our Functional Safety Engineer include:

Production, modification, testing and commissioning of SCADA & PLC software
Writing detailed functional design specifications
The configuration of system architecture, network connections
UK Site commissioning (which may involve periods away from home for delivery)

What makes you our ideal Functional Safety Engineer?

Previous Functional Safety experience for safety instrumented systems (TUV Certification)
Engineering related Degree or equivalent
Experience of PLC programming in Rockwell safety systems
Good verbal and written communication
Clean UK Driving License
Must be eligible to work in the UK
