Our client is a designer and manufacturer of lighting solutions related to health and safety, fire and security systems. This incorporates the assembly of electronics, luminaires and emergency lighting systems.

They are a specialist company with offices 5 miles out from Horsham and are now looking to employ a Product Test Technician to cover all aspects of technical support to their production department.

Working in their Technical Dept, you will work closely with operations management and the technical team, testing products and conducting product assessment reports for cause of returns and failures with a view to rectifying processes, materials, designs etc

You will have experience in electrical equipment manufacturing and testing, assist in writing instruction and build sheets, data sheets new products as well as supporting customers and end users on any technical product questions or problems.

Electrical or electronic assembly/testing experience is ideal and qualifications to BTEC or ONC would be a distinct advantage.
