**Senior Clinical Records Officer, Day Rate: INSIDE IR35), Contract: 3 months,Office Location:
London**Parity Group are delighted to partner with our NHS Client, who is looking to recruit a
Senior Clinical Records Officer.
Key Responsibilties:
- Manage the training programme for all of the Health Records staff.
- Collaboratively working with internal and external stakeholders to keep up to date with project and legislative changes
- Train colleagues on Health Records procedures
- Manage, the recording and documentation of confidential information
- Take part in the review of working practices and procedures for the Clinical Records department. Proposing changes and assist senior staff in their implementation.
- Monitor staff performance and KPI's and provide statistics for the Deputy Health Records Managers
Your Experience:
- Proven expereince managing staff.
- Prior experience in the electronic inputting and extracting of information
- Experienced in, Outlook, Word and Excel
- Process driven
- Excellent telephone skills
- Good communication
