£30k a year + company vehicle - Permanent

NuServe Ltd is recruiting for a dynamic and energetic person to manage a team of specialist cleaners and subcontractors.

You will have the ability to successfully Grow, plan and execute the day-to-day cleaning operation of the teams, ensuring that you are building great relationships with both your clients and the operatives who report to you.

Consistent operational excellence, responding to queries and concerns immediately, and customer satisfaction must be important to you. You will be supported in your role by our wider site delivery teams.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop relationships with clients and maintain regular contact to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Increase the current portfolio with ongoing business development.
  • Manage the projects.
  • Respond to both clients' and operatives' concerns timeously.
  • Carry out and perform quality checks.
  • Build strong teams and subcontractors relationships.
  • Be aware of the agreed budget for the contract and monitor expenditure within the agreed limits.
  • Ensure a high level of health and safety for employees and the client, their employees and visitors.
  • Keep the site documentation current and correct.
  • Look to improve service satisfaction by introducing other revenue streams
  • Follow and promote NuServe's ethics, values and policies

What kind of person are you?

  • You will have experience in delivering service to customers and a successful track record in operating at a strategic level.
  • You will be able to communicate very effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • You can prioritise and able to plan ahead, but, at the same time, are flexible and able to change plans at the last minute.
  • You are flexible with your time as you will need to visit site early in the morning or late in the evening.
  • You are numerate and can understand budgets and profit margins.
  • You are IT literate with MS Office and excel being a minimum.
  • You can make decisions and then take responsibility for the outcome.
