Hybrid Solutions Group are looking for an ambitious Maintenance Co-Ordinator to join our young and growing team. Hybrid maintain 13 Road Tunnels across London and the South Coast. Hybrid have 3 long term contracts maintaining the M&E assets across the tunnels infrastructure as well as providing call out services and reactive works
Working alongside our maintenance and projects team you will own the maintenance reporting process and ensure that the PPM reports carried out by our engineers are of a high standard and presentable to the client.
Roles and Responsibilities
Management of the internal system & software to ensure all planned preventative maintenance & Engineering work requests are prioritised and coordinated.
Liaise with the Project manager to allocate labour for maintenance activities
Oversee the submission of maintenance reports to clients, ensuring that a high standard of work has been carried out and reported from the site engineers
Create quotes for any remedial works and present to the client
Liaise with Project Manager to ensure all items needed to complete work requests are available on time.
Organize and liaise with arranged contractors, ensuring that all activity is carried out safely.
Employ a continuous improvement mindset to maximise the efficiency of tunnel closures
Owner of the Planned Maintenance processsupporting and improving our planned maintenance programs to ensure all items are within regulatory compliance.
Knowledge of both mechanical and electrical maintenance processes.
IT literate. Knowledge of MS office is a must, use of Agility or similar CRM will be advantageous.
Ability to organise, coordinate and complete multiple tasks.
Demonstrate ability to build and maintain good working relationships internally & externally.
Excellent Attention to detail and forward thinking
NVQ Level 3 Qualified
Keen eye for detail
Comfortable in quoting Electrical and Mechanical works
Excellent written English Skills
Excellent communication Skills

£43,000 - £45,000 Depending on experience
