We're currently recruiting for a
Head of Business Change to join our
Strategy and Transformation Function, in Pensions and Savings.

The Head of Business Change will lead and develop the Business Change function across all of Pensions and Savings, to drive change from the business and be responsible for programme oversight, delivery and benefit tracking.

The role


You drive business change oversight across Pensions and Savings, successfully leading the design and delivery of the portfolio while working in close collaboration with Change leads in order to co-ordinate the delivery of the Change agenda.


You will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for leading the P&S direction for change and subsequent initiatives to support business growth, customer and commercial goals. This will include programme oversight across the business unit, linking in with the change hubs and centralised change and IT delivery teams.
  • Ensure alignment of appropriate technical, functional and business resources to enable delivery of Change programmes in an efficient and strategic manner.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with strategic partners and stakeholders across Pensions and Savings, and the wider business to ensure maximum effectiveness of Change delivery plan.
  • Develop Business Change oversight to ensure high standard of Business Sponsorship and delivery across Pensions and Savings.
  • Implement and Chair the Design Authority of Pensions and Savings ensuring Change deliveries are being developed in the most efficient and effective way, in line with Business Architecture principles.
  • Develop plans to execute, and embed a change culture across the business. Always maintaining a strong commercial focus to ensure maximum return on investment
  • Actively recruit, lead, coach and mentor a team to maximise performance and engagement, ensuring continuous education and talent development is maintained.
  • Influencing and challenging thinking at Executive management level when there are conflicting views as to the best way forward.
