Description
Crown Supplies are leading supplying of cleaning and hygiene supplies along with bar and catering products to the trade.We are looking for a person with a good knowledge of the Xero Accounts to help develop our finance department.
Working Five days per week from :30.Your primary role will be to process Accounts on Xero for the business to include purchase ledger and management information reporting alonjg with bank recocilation and VAT reporting
Full and ongoing training will be provided, proficency in Xero an advantage
Also, MUST have very good knowledge of Excel.
An AAT or qualification is important but can be worked towards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Ensure that all invoices are accurate and up to date.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.
- Provide customer service to clients.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Prepare financial reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Salary:
£24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Vulcan Road North: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Accounting: 1 year (required)
