They provide their learners and employers with the helping hands to develop their skills, gaining for themselves and the industry the recognition they deserve.

That means using our specialist experience to train and assess individuals in the workplace togain an Apprenticeship or industry accredited qualification.


It is essential that you have at least 3 years' experience of working within the Childcare/Nursery/Early Years Care industry to supervisory or management level.

This will have been validated with a level 3 qualification in childcare/early years.

The role is open to both qualified and trainee Assessors. We offer a full induction and training package to all.


You must hold a full UK driving licence, be a confident and able driver and have access to your own vehicle initially.


Our offer:

  • Starting salary from £26,000 £30,000 (This is for qualified coaches)
  • Starting salary from £22,000 £25,000 (This is for unqualified coaches)
  • Business mileage at 45ppm
