Description
We are seeking an individual to take up the role of Service Support Advisor.


The role is to deliver a world class Customer Service that includes many responsibilities that will require a flexible and dynamic approach.

You will be office and shop floor based in the Service department at Heller UK.


Previous experience is not essential for this role and a training development plan will be put in place however, a good understanding of CNC machines would be beneficial.


Job Purpose:


  • To maintain Stock, incoming stock storage and outgoing stock.
  • To provide spare parts, equipment and services to our Customers and Field Engineers
  • To be a part of a team that is the point of contact for Customers and Field Engineers
  • To integrate with and support the whole Customer Service Team

Responsibilities and duties:


  • Processing Spare Parts, Maintaining stock level, Logistics of Partsand equipment.
  • Maintaining the Incoming parts storage.
  • Outgoing material picking and packing.
  • Preparing quotations for follow up service work.
  • Working closely with office based and fieldbased team members.
