Team Administrator - Marsh - Norwich or Manchester (Hybrid Working)
This role can be based in either Norwich or Manchester with the expectation that you will be required to go into the office, at least 3 days per week.

The role:
Insurance Operations Support
- Working directly for Insurance Operations Leader and CC Function Leader in the UK Corporate (UKC) business.
- This is a varied role covering a wide range of highlevel administrative and support tasks including, but not limited to, meeting minutes, communications, training and project work.
- You will also have the opportunity to work on small projects.

We will count on you to:
- Maintain a strict confidentiality at all times
- Arrange, plan and coordinate meetings/events
- Assist with reports and presentations
- Assist in arranging and coordinating meetings, including room bookings
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the organisation
- Assist in planning special events
- Sustain a high level of professionalism
- Assist and contribute to small projects
- Conducting research, collecting and analysing data to prepare reports and documents
- Record and distribute minutes of meetings
- Assist in writing processes for the CC function and ensuring processes and software are up to date and in working order
- Create and deliver training where required within the function and across the wider business for projects in conjunction with CC Function Leader
- Manage the Company Business Resilience Plan in conjunction with the Insurance Operations Leader
- Provide assistance with quality metrics and audit requirements within the function
- Maintain internal databases and intranet sites
What you need to have:
- Office administration experience
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise important tasks over others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Desire to get things done and influence others to do the same
- Experience of working within a fastpaced environment
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Understanding of project management
- Professional and friendly demeanour
- Thorough attention to details
- Selfmotivated but able to work as a team
- Willingness to travel when required
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office packages, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
