We are one of the North's premiere providers of static caravans, holiday lodges and more. A customer-focused family business that buys, sells, brokers, retails and trades caravans throughout the UK.We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and aftersales. We are looking for an animated, friendly and enthusiastic individual.
Main responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls from customers and deal with enquiries and aftersales as they arise
- Maintain and update sales, aftersales and customer records using our CRM system
- Liaise with customers, manufacturers and parks chasing through aftersales to completion
- Update and upload pictures and information across 3 websites
- To provide the full range of administration support to the wider team
- Creating mailshots and supporting social media
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- A good understanding of Microsoft office
- Excellent customer service
- Friendly confident telephone manner
This would be an ideal role if you have previously worked within a sales support or customer service setting, however full training will be provided.
