Description
We are one of the North's premiere providers of static caravans, holiday lodges and more. A customer-focused family business that buys, sells, brokers, retails and trades caravans throughout the UK.

We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and aftersales. We are looking for an animated, friendly and enthusiastic individual.


Main responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls from customers and deal with enquiries and aftersales as they arise
  • Maintain and update sales, aftersales and customer records using our CRM system
  • Liaise with customers, manufacturers and parks chasing through aftersales to completion
  • Update and upload pictures and information across 3 websites
  • To provide the full range of administration support to the wider team
  • Creating mailshots and supporting social media
The successful administrator would be able to demonstrate.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • A good understanding of Microsoft office
  • Excellent customer service
  • Friendly confident telephone manner


This would be an ideal role if you have previously worked within a sales support or customer service setting, however full training will be provided.

You will be joining the team at the Head Office in Harrogate.


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 40 per week


Salary:
£22,000.00 per year
