Finance Manager - Entertainment - Central London

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join a growing Entertainment company based in the heart London on a permanent basis.

This Finance Manager will be responsible for the day to day running of the Finance function working very closely withthe Finance Director along with the companies Clientele.

This is an amazing opportunity to work within a warm and friendly team within a beautiful office space

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client billing which can be daily, weekly, and monthly
Posting and paying supplier invoices
Credit control for all client accounts approx. 20 invoices per month
Staff expenses
Reconciling client accounts
Bank reconciliation
Fee reconciliation
Updating actual hours of client work from the team
Managing resource tracker
Accrued and deferred income
Tracking benefits for the team
Ad hoc financial information for clients, team, FD
Improving/researching new suppliers to reduce overheads where applicable
Recommending and upgrading financial processes, systems, and policies as the company grows, including relevant tech tools to ensure effective and efficient financial management

SKILLS:

Previous experience within a similar role preferred, ideally within an entertainment or creative background
Some form of professional qualification would be preferred.
Management experience is a must.
Great communication and business partnering skills
Someone who is highly organised, can adapt to a changing environment
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
A team leader, someone who is ready to get stuck in and become an integral part of the finance function
