Position:

We are looking for a well organised, customer - focused person to join our front desk team within the Service Department at Taunton Ford

You will need to have excellent communication skills both face to face and on the telephone.

Be able to work in a busy environment, plan and prioritise and possess the desire to consistently deliver excellent customer service.

Good IT skills, with the ability to learn quickly.

We offer training, good working conditions and the opportunity to develop skills.


Requirements:


Past experience of working within a dealership would be an advantage, but is not essential, however, past customer service experience is vital.
