Description

Huntswood is looking for Financial Assistance Specialist with a wealth of collections experience to join a leading retail bank support their customer with their financial journey.

As a Financial Assistance Specialist, you will be making outbound calls to customers who are in financial difficulty.

Using your extensive collections experience and problem-solving skills your role will be to come up with a resolution that works for thecustomer and the bank.

This could be taking a payment there and then, or arranging a payment plan suitable for the customer but also viable for the bank.


This is a great opportunity to use your experience to support customer, working from home for the duration of the contract, with all equipment and training provided.

This service is open to customer Monday to Saturday, between 8am and 8pm so you will needto be available during this time to make calls.

As a Financial Assistance Specialist will have:

  • 12 months + experience in a telephony-based financial assistance or collections role, within financial services
  • A desire to help customers who need further support
  • Experience taking payments and arranging suitable payment plans
  • Flexibility to work shifts Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm
  • Ability to identify vulnerable customers and have the knowledge of how to support them
  • A brilliant eye for detail and an ability to handle complex issues
  • Ability to navigate through a number of inhouse databases
