    Description

    We are seeking a seasoned Senior Reliability Lead to play a pivotal role in our Markets simplification initiative, which aims to integrate multiple legacy services into a cutting-edge strategic platform.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prior experience as reliability lead within financial services is essential.
    • A proven track record of supporting Investment Banking and Markets services, with in-depth knowledge of various asset classes.
    • Leading a high-performing technical team across different regions.

    You will be evaluated on key skills critical for success in this role, including risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology expertise, and job-specific technical skills.

    1. Maintenance tasks on hardware and software, along with monitoring tools/metrics to identify, prevent, and address potential issues, ensuring optimal performance.
    2. Analysis of system logs, error messages, and user reports to pinpoint the root causes of hardware, software, and network issues, providing resolutions by fixing or replacing faulty components, reinstalling software, or applying configuration changes.
    3. Automation, monitoring enhancements, capacity management, resiliency, business continuity management, front office specific support, and stakeholder management.
    4. Identification and remediation or raising of potential service impacting risks and issues through appropriate processes.
    5. Risk management and mitigation through assessment, in support of the control and governance agenda.
    6. Demonstrating leadership and accountability for managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the work your team does.     Salary: £120,000 - £150,000 per annum
