You will be working from home, and coming into the office only one day a month to sort out the post.

This role is paying £21,255 and the hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

Raising invoices
Setting up direct debits
Posting cash and credit cards
Upload cash in to accounts and update Excel spreadsheets
Send cheques to the bank via post

This is a busy role where some days you can be posting around 200 bank entries.

You will need to have excellent accuracy and attention to detail skills, along with a basic understanding of Microsoft Excel, which will be used mainly for data input.

This roleis very process driven, so you will need to be someone who enjoys working with processes and routine.

You will join a hardworking team of 3, who will be able to provide you with support and will make you feel welcome from day one.
