Digital Marketing Co-ordinator

Salary:
£30 - £35k (based on experience)
Full-time position, based in our office space in Farnborough, Hampshire (hybrid working considered)


iRock School of Music is revolutionising music education by teaching tens of thousands of primary school children how to play in bands every single week Our mission is to positively impact and shape children's futures through music education.


Key responsibilities include

  • Manage a wellstructured organic content calendar, ensuring consistent and impactful delivery
  • Create strong brand awareness and recognition across all digital channels
  • Campaign implementation across all paid digital media channels, including ongoing campaign analysis and optimisation to maximise ROI and extend audience reach (Google and Meta primarily)
  • Monitor and reply to all comments on organic and paidfor posts, creating a twoway conversation with our key audiences
  • Analyse marketing data and key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and use datadriven insights to continuously optimise marketing efforts for better results
  • Support the organisation to optimise website SEO
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams (primarily Operations, Sales and Recruitment) as well as our partner schools, to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives
  • Stay up to date with the latest marketing tools, technologies, and best practices to maintain our competitive edge
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build strategic partnerships and community awareness.

A bit about you

  • Qualification in digital marketing, social media analytics or similar
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a digital marketing role
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms
  • Indepth knowledge of GA4 (or other website analytics platforms) and social media monitoring, posting and analytics platforms (Sprout, Hootsuite, etc )
  • Experience with a fully integrated marketing CRM advantageous, though not essential
  • A creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas
  • A good eye for detail with excellent written communication and analytical skills
