Responsibilities of Material Scheduler:

Planning and scheduling deliveries and production to achieve targeted stock levels, ensuring immaculate customer service levels
Review recommendations to produce purchase orders
Review and set target stock levels using sales and forecast data
Ensure accuracy and timely order and delivery completion of materials
Maintain and manage customer expectations, developing strong relationships
Monitor delivery performances of suppliers
Working in line with the companies health and safety guidelines at all times
Assisting the team with adhoc administration duties
Previous experience within a similar role
Carry out all activities with enthusiasm
High levels of organisation and customer service
Work to deadlines, in a timely manor
Excellent IT skills, being proficient across Microsoft platforms and Sage softwares
Personable, Analytic with the ability to work within a team
