Here at Carshalton College, we are looking for an Apprenticeship Manager to work as part of the Construction department managing the delivery and quality assurance of apprenticeship programmes in the areas of Electrical, Plumbing and Carpentry and all commercialcontracts with external partners.


Managing the curriculum delivery and assessment team as appropriate, you will be responsible for all aspects of delivery, quality and quality assurance and support the Construction department.

We'd like our Apprenticeship Manager to be a qualified Teacher who has experience of working in the Construction sector. You'll have a proven track record of curriculum development and apprenticeship success, engaging with employers and developing apprenticeshipsand curriculum. You'll have previous success of managing an apprenticeship delivery team and of tracking and monitoring apprentices throughout their programmes.


A recognised Assessor qualification such as A1/A2, D32/33 or TAQA is essential.
