We are on the lookout for a seasoned and dynamic Sales Manager to elevate our sales efforts and contribute significantly to our expansion.


Role Overview:


The Sales Manager will be instrumental in driving AcuPower LTD's growth, with a primary focus on selling Acumatica ERP, along with other leading ERP solutions like NetSuite, Infor, etc.

This role demands a proactive approach in generating new leads, nurturing potential clients, and securing deals, thereby achieving sales targets.

With your deep understanding of ERP solutions, especially Acumatica ERP, you will address client needs and offer customized, impactful solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Formulate and implement a robust sales strategy aimed at generating leads, advancing sales opportunities, and closing deals with a focus on Acumatica ERP and other ERP solutions like NetSuite and Infor.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media, focusing on Acumatica ERP and comparable solutions.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and proposing Acumatica ERP solutions that provide the best value.
  • Lead negotiations and close agreements with a mindset to maximize profits while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to drive lead generation campaigns and enhance sales conversion strategies specifically for Acumatica ERP and related solutions.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports, utilizing CRM tools to enhance sales tracking and management.
  • Remain abreast of the latest developments in Acumatica ERP and other ERP solutions, ensuring the sales team is fully informed and prepared.

Requirements:


  • Demonstrable experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, with a successful track record in selling Acumatica ERP and familiarity with other ERP solutions such as NetSuite and Infor.
  • Strong capability in generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and successfully closing deals in the ERP domain.
  • Proficient understanding of Acumatica ERP and other ERP systems, with an ability to articulate complex technical details effectively.
  • Exceptional negotiation and sales skills, coupled with a proven ability to develop and maintain productive business relationships.
  • Expertise in managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

Pay:
£75,131.00-£89,158.00 per year
