Bouygues UK have an exciting opportunity for a
Site Administrator to work on our exciting project which will provide student accommodation for the University of Essex located in Colchester. We are in the third phase of student accommodation schemes valued at £168 million including construction, development and facility management.
Job Purposes and Scope:
You will be responsible for supporting the project team onsite for the duration of the project.
In this fast paced role, you will enjoy a variety of challenging administrative tasks; control of site documents on 4Projects, plus overseeing the project's process administration.
The systems used are Microsoft Office tools and 4Projects, our Electronic Document Management System.Essential
- Organisational and people management skills.
- Confidentiality and tact.
- Ability to work under own initiative.
- Solid Administration experience.
- Good Document Control knowledge.
- Strong IT skills (MS Office).
- Capacity to work effectively within a team environment.
- Systematic problem solving ability.
- Organisational skills; prioritising tasks, meeting deadlines and working methodically.
Accountabilities and key tasks
- Managing the site team / project director's diary
- Maintaining organization for onsite meetings and travel arrangements
- Welcoming clients to site and liaising with contractors
