WORKSHOP CONTROLLER
We are currently looking for a highly motivated Workshop Controller to join our growing team at Yeomans Volkswagen Helston.

This role requires exceptional communication skills with the ability to follow procedures and instructions in a busy working environment.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

Efficient distribution of work based on skill level available and required.
Check all job cards for accuracy of work description/required
Check all job types for recalls and campaigns at least 72 hours prior to booking to ensure workshop time correctly allocated and customer timescales can be met or amended.
Manage workshop capacity
Quality Control of completed service & repairs
Monthly Technicians KPI reviews
Ensure consistent management and adherence of workshop H&S standards
Ensure timely completion of EVHC by Technicians and catogorise work types as required
Check Technician write up for accuracy, ensuring all repair/service methods are documented to enable precise invoicing.
Assist Technicians by providing repair procedure in line with technical information and warranty policies as appropriate.
Communicate with manufacturer's technical team to assist with diagnosis and repair method.
Provide service/repair visit updates to all invested staff members to ensure customer informed of progress, completion or delay.
You should be able to work at a fast pace with attention to detail to ensure that Manufacturer guidelines and the standards of the dealership are achieved.
