Gantry Youth Theatre are looking for an After-School Drama/Performing Arts Tutor.

Role will consist of delivering inspirational learning that motivates young people to achieve their very best. This role is responsible for the successful running of an after-school club with an end of term performance.

• Must be enthusiastic, caring, patient, and work well leading a team
• Must have good organisational skills
• Must be available to work afterschool hours
• DBS and First Aid an advantage (but not essential) and have experience in a similar environment.
• Good rates of pay and a very rewarding job

Gantry Youth Theatre is a registered charity, award-winning and we believe, the oldest youth theatre in Southampton (since We are incredibly proud of our heritage.

We offer performance opportunities for ages 6 to 18, which include not only acting, but also participation in a socially creative experience, which fosters teamwork, confidence building and self-expression.

Job Types:
Part-time, Freelance

Part-time hours: 2-3 per week


Salary:
£18.00-£25.00 per hour


Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Drama tutoring: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• DBS (preferred)
• Paediatric First Aid Certification (preferred)
