I'm looking to recruit an Engineering Manager to join a world-class engineering team that is building technology to enable brands to offer circularity and keep garments out of landfill.

They build products that are customer-facing, brand-facing, and at theinfrastructure level.

This includes apps people use to send back items (Buy Backs), e-commerce and retail store integrations to enable credits for returned items, private and public APIs, etc.

As an Engineering Manager, you will be leading a small, self-sufficient product team to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software across their product line.

This is still a hands-on coding role and your time will be split 60/40 codingto management.

Responsibilities include:

Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software across their product line
Define critical architecture and integrations
Help define and scope new products
Participate in implementation discussions and provide guidance to younger, less experienced developers
