The Role
We are seeking a Helpdesk/Property Management Administrator to join our well-established residential team.

You will be responsible for routine and reactive maintenance of our clients' retained units and will work alongside the property managers.

The Helpdeskfunction arranges routine health and safety inspections and orders repair and remedial works


In addition to the helpdesk function you will provide essential administrative support to three Property Managers to ensure the effective day to day management of our portfolio of properties.

The role will involve;

  • First line in taking calls, taking ownership of issues, including tenant queries and maintenance issues
  • Updating the management database with concise and accurate notes
  • Liaising with tenants, contractors and property managers to arrange minor repairs with contractors and deal with other management matters that may arise
  • Responsible for coordinating H&S inspections and ensuring compliance is up to date
  • Maintaining online records via Propman and Dwellant

Key skills and characteristics;

  • Strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask
  • An excellent team worker who can build positive working relationships
  • Articulate with strong written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications and Experience;

  • Previous experience in residential property administration
  • Knowledge of property management software and systems is preferred
