The Company
Quest Search and Selection are proud to partner an Entertainment Provider working in their Retail business. The business creates bespoke retail, general merchandise gifts, toys and memorabilia for their retail and leisure clients


The Role


As Supply Chain Analyst, you will be responsible to control all their retail stock from arrival, to delivery to client, to invoice.


Key Responsibilities of this Supply Chain Analyst position -

  • Produce regular stock allocations using their sales and inventory data to ensure each store has the correct stock.
  • Produce adhoc sales analysis reports for clients when requested, using the data to form conclusions on sales trends and identifying risks.
  • Reconcile all stock movements in all systems ensuring our invoice values match our stock movements.
  • Forecast product sales regularly to ensure our clients have enough stock to meet their demand.
  • Oversee the logistics processes of all our imports ensure factories have shipped in time and monitor shipment ETAs
  • Troubleshoot any logistics issues with our Support Co-Ordinator
  • Support the budgeting process with the Head of Retail and Finance Director

Requirements for this Supply Chain Analyst position -

  • You will ideally have 2year experience in a stock management / allocation focused role or previous experience as an Assistant Merchandiser / Supply Chain Analyst/Stock Analyst role
  • Experience of working for a retailer or supplier is ideal
  • Previous experience in stock control and inventory is essential
  • Strong communication skills.
  • You should have advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, V Lookups, etc)
  • Able to analyse data to use as support for decisionmaking.
