up to £65k + £5k car allowance + Private Healthcare + Hybrid working

We are thrilled to be partnering a prestigious business to recruit a Senior People Business Partner.

Working for a great brand you will lead a small HR team to deliver a fantastic HR service to the North East sites.

Reporting to the Head of People, you will work closely with the SLT to understand the business challenges, deliver pragmatic solutions and transformational change.

This role is a blend of strategic and operational HR and includes:

Working with unions, influencing and negotiating positive outcomes
Continue to improve employee engagement
Understand reasons for staff attrition and find practical solutions
Support managers to ensure a high performance culture
Ensure people structures are fit for purpose
Coach Managers to ensure they understand HR Policies and Procedures
Collaborate with the SLT and Talent team regarding recruitment requirements for both volume and highly skilled roles

Person specification

Strong HR generalist with experience of dealing with a wide variety of employee relations issues
Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
Excellent partnering and coaching skills
Strong organisational, problem solving and follow up skills
Experience of delivering HR projects
