The Night Reception Team Leader welcomes all guests and takes care of them from arrival through to departure.

They contribute to guest satisfaction by providing high quality services with a warm and friendly approach.

They ensure a smooth and secure environment to all the guests during the night and supervise and support the Night Reception team.

Additional Information

Hours :
Full Time 40 hours per week, 5 Nights Per Week Hours pm -07.00am

Skills:

Opera Cloud, Leadership, Able to handle complex situations and guest queries, working under pressure, dealing with complaints, managing delayed flights, Assisting other departments as needed, H&S awareness, Fire Marshall and First Aid will be an advantage etc.
